Leveraging the strength of Thailand’s national airline as the representative of Thailand’s cultural values of gentility, service, and serenity, we built an network campaign without using typical scenes of global locations. Instead, by using the floating of “krathong” lanterns by flight attendants, which then reached the far corners of the world, the airline was able to communicate its global network in the distinct language of THAI.
